I am regular Thai Express customer. I always order Chicken Thai Friedrice Mild (pineapple tomato). I usually order at your... branch at Finch Station And Sheppard Centre. But now I ordered at Humber River Hospital Branch, before I go home after a veryexhausting day. I ordered the same Chicken Thai Friedrice, paid, took my change but I just sat down for a minute and the cookalready called my order, I asked why was it too quick? and the girl on the counter cant answer me, looks like theyre 30 minsaway from closing the store thats why they didnt fried my rice properly, they should've just told me or just didnt take my orderinstead. Now that I am eating it, its like im eating a normal newly cooked rice from a rice cooker with soysauce. I am verydisappointed with the service and the taste of my favorite food from Thai Express. I'm never going to order from that branchever again. Read more

Why does everything have to be sweet!!! Things that should be sweet was diabetic coma time!! I will never eat here again.

Had good experience while eating here. Especially the chef he gave my son free ice cream. FYI: Some restaurants doesn?t allowed... employees to eat the food which were prepared for customers. Don?t judge the book by its cover. Read more

Despite really enjoying there Thai soup, the other day. Today I asked 2 servers standing by, what they would eat on the menu.... As my 24 year old placed the order for the same Thai soup, I'd had 4 days earlier. The 2 replied they don't eat the food fromhere. I turned to my offspring to let her know and before she could even say she wanted it anyways, the 3rd person (casher)cancel her order. Most unbelievable experience I?ve ever had at a Thai Xpress franchise. I got the number two on the menu. (My favourite menu... item). When I opened my take out container it only had meat and noodles and bean sprouts. Because I have ordered this mealseveral times at other franchises what I was expecting and what I got were two different things. So I went back and asked forsome vegetables with my noodles . While I was voicing my complaint about the food I pointed to the picture on the menu to whichshe said this is real life not a picture. I said to her I?ve ordered this meal and a bunch of times and I know what it supposedto look like I just want more vegetables (scallions onions and carrots). I don?t want anything else. She threw on two littlebits of carrot and maybe three little bits of scallion and give my container back to me. I wasn?t asking for anything I didn?tpay for. I wish I knew how to post a picture of the bowl of noodles that is in front of me right now. So you all will have atrue review of my meal. Extremely poor customer service and poor quality - even tried "Contact Us" on their website twice now with no response. The... issue is not just that the food was bland...the rice was HARD, throughout the whole box, so the meal was inedible. I reached outto Thai Express hoping they would have some kind of customer support, but after 2 attempts, nobody from the company has botheredto respond. I'm very shocked, as this is a hospital location. If customer service responds to this review - please note I haveused the online customer feedback form 2 times without reply. I want to be contacted by an actual person about this issue, as Icould not eat my meal, and eating hard rice is unsafe in my condition. Read more

Nice people but the blandest Thai Express I've ever eaten from. The food has litterally no taste. If you find that a spoon of... salt is going over board then enjoy otherwise you're going to find it quite bland. This was for Thai fried rice and Pad Thai. Read more

Terrible! The dishes come out do not look anything close to the descriptive picture. Nothing related to Thai dishes that I have... had from other places. They presented the dishes with tons of noodles, no vegetables, unmarrinated chicken, hoisin sauce for thePad thai dish. The Thai soup was a disaster again is bland taste, only water, noodles, bean sprouts, no basil, no green onions.This amateurish cooking style should not be called Thai food to ashame Thai culture.
