Excellent food and service at a super reasonable price. We tried a few things on the menu and especially liked the chocolate... gelato, Balinese fish stew and steak. The students were very hospitable and provided better service than at many otherrestaurants. Read more

Had a wonderful experience at The Chef’s House. Our server was a friendly student-in-training who provided excellent service.... The cocktails were delicious and very affordable compared to Toronto-prices. The food & dessert were exquisite. The menu islimited but tasty. There was a mix-up with one of our orders but the manager quickly fixed it & gave us the second item, withoutcharging us. You can also watch your meal being prepared on the screen, which was fascinating. 10/10 Read more
Very interesting place to have an affordable dinner. Part of George Brown, the student chefs here cook up a gourmet meal that is... budget friendly yet innovative. The servers are also very attentive and you’ll have fun watching the students cook via TV orthe open concept restaurant. Would recommend giving this a try. Read more
Had not been for awhile. Every dish was a pleasant surprise. Interesting inventive menu and ingredients had me googling a few... although the wait staff very informative and very attentive service. Very reasonably priced. Smaller menu (available in advanceon line), appropriately portioned and creatively plated. Menu changes every 7 weeks. Dont trust their on line reservationsystem if it tells you they are full as it can be wrong. Phone and check. I would go back more than once in the 7 weekrotation. Read more
