Ordered cupcakes from here for my work after a friend recommended this place to me and I am glad I did. The cupcakes looked... beautiful, tasted amazing, and the customer service was great (very friendly and accommodating)! Read more

These cupcakes were delivered all jumbled in the package, turned over on their sides, icing stuck to the top. They looked sad.... They weren?t put in an out of the way safer location on the porch but just left on a bottom step. They looked as if they wereknocked over, dropped or shaken a lot during a bumpy delivery ride or otherwise and left carelessly. Not what I was hoping forfor an expensive treat. I talked to the owner and she took steps to make things better. I would never order from Uber for a shopselling delicate items like this. I'll edit my review when I can taste the cupcakes for real. The cupcakes are overpriced, melted, and very sweet. On top of that, the workers looked and acted like they would rather see me... dead than sell me a cupcake. I used to go downtown and it was pretty much the complete opposite of this store. It closed downand moved to this location, although moving is not the only thing they did, they also severely downgraded and hired thecheapest, laziest people they could find. I know this review is harsh but this is the reaction of a person whose childhooddreams were crushed. Read more

I bought a beautiful baby shower cake (for 30 - 40 people) and gluten free cupcakes for the party. It was exquisitely decorated... and the most delicious cake I've ever had. Everyone agreed. Even my sister who doesn't eat cake! I will buy all my celebrationcakes here. Absolutely wonderful. Read more

My partner picked up a selection of 12 cupcakes (red velvet, chocolate, vanilla, and 1 raspberry.) The cupcakes were large,... which suited the price. They also had generous but not TOO generous icing, piped beautifully on top of each cupcake. I hatewasting icing so I really appreciated the icing to cake ratio. And I love that the bakery is nut-free, that really takes a loadoff my mind! However, the cupcakes were oddly alkaline in flavour. I had them fresh, room temperature the next day, anddefrosted from frozen and I haven't been able to finish one because they taste so much like baking soda or baking powder. Mostof them are still hanging out in my freezer because I'm hoping they're going to taste different the next time I pick oneup. Wheelchair access: The new shop has no step to enter, though I can't recall if there's an automatic button for the door. Read more
