Really overpriced, 4 small bulbs of garlic was $8. Very limited selection too, and low quality limited produce like wilting... greens. They do have a small selection of high quality pastas. Ok for a quick stop to pick up 1-2 items but it?s a 50-50 chancewhether they?ll have them. Lady at the store today charged me 3 times in a row today then claimed my card was declined and mademe pay with a different card. I have 4 charges on my statements. Now I have to make the trip back and spend my precious timegetting refunded. And she was rude about it to, as if my card was broken and it was my fault. I also clearly and loudly said yesto a bag, then she yelled at me saying I said no. Horrible. Read more

Seems like the recurring theme on these reviews are the apathy personified by the employees. The employees here (Donna, and... others at the cashier register) may appear rude, though I doubt its intentional as basic customer service ettiquite hasn't beentrained. As an Ivey MBA, its probably one of the biggest rookie mistakes to make. It's a small store, but I was able to findwhat I was looking for, and the shelves were quite organized. The layout seems to be decent given the tradeoff the store neededto make for quantity & square footage. I'll rate it a 3/5 mainly due to the dissatisfaction I had with the employees. I'mleaving this review hopefully so the management team could start monitoring it; ask yourself why a customer would choose to goback to a store if they were disrespected as a customer. Evenmoreso considering the premium prices relative to other grocerystores, one should expect a better experience. Employees represent the logo. Read more

JULY 2022 Bought the 2 half pieces of peach pies & paid more than the whole piece because even in the flyer it advertised the... whole piece is available for cheaper price. But the store only sell half piece so it can charge more. I asked for one piece butclaimed it was unavailable when I was there. The peach pie was made with small pieces of overly sugar diced peaches & had verylittle amounts in them. The crusts were thick & hard especially the pie edge even after heated up. It tasted awful & disgusting.I throw away the other half. Major disappointment. Read more

I decided to try the bakery shop. These are my observations: 1. The small pastry labels are not properly aligned. Even if I... pointed it out, the staff insisted there?s nothing wrong without checking it. She just said, ?It should be.? 2. The staff isnot welcoming. She never smiled or even thanked me for completing my purchase. I guess it?s 6:30pm, maybe she has so many thingsto do before the shop closes. Read more

This location is mobility accessible. They have automatic doors for easy access. There is a slight ramp in the store as there is... a difference in levels for part of the store. The location has a lot of selection and is very spacious. There is a goodselection of hot food, cold food to eat as is or warm at home. There produce is always fresh and a decent selection. They havea good selection of snacks and also necessities. Also as we walked in the staff member greeted us right away and was veryfriendly. It was a very welcoming experience. The store is also very close to Eaton Centre and Dundas Square and can save yousome money vs eating at restaurants in the area. Read more

*** Food spoiled on sale *** I use to buy some meals in the hot bar when it was available before the theatre of the Covid... safety measures, but since the pandemic started, Longos removed this option and not very often I buy some ready meals on thecounter, but what was my surprise yesterday ( August 16th) when I found a place with salmon and rice for 5,99 on longos downtown( 111 Elizabeth St). I decided to take it as I always had Longos in a good image of quality, but what was my surprise when Itried to eat it. The Salmon was not very in a good condition, the meat had a very strong red color already, the smell was a bitbad . everything in the plate was already kind weird , like it was in a process of spoiled. HOW Longos could do this with theclients?! Selling a meal already in a bad condition for a ?better ? price Just to gain a few bucks? Because of it, thegrocery store is putting a risk their name, image, loosing a customer and even don?t mentioning causing poisoning to be sellingspoiled food. I?m very, very disappointed and for sure I won?t buy anything there that?s already packed unless the hot bar isavailable again, and I?ll make sure some friends do the same after that. Very, very disappointed! Read more
