Tbh I wasn't expecting much since it's just a pub chain, but I was surprised the Firkin Burger was actually really good. They... toast the buns which gives them a crispy edge and even though the meat patty was a bit dry, the sauce and other fillings made upfor it. The Caesar salad was ok (the dressing was really bland) and I wasn't a fan of the buffalo cauliflower. I don't likebuffalo sauce anyway, but I tried a piece since my friend got it, and it wasn't good. It was so sour and the blue cheesedressing was so pungent. No one at the table enjoyed it. As for service, that was also meh. We were sat at the very back of thepatio so we couldn't even wave anyone down. Good place for pub food and a drink. Wings were good. The nachos were also decent, came with a generous portion of cheese on it.... Fish and chips and little Sammy were also a hit. Skip the sangria pitcher, not very good. Patio closes at 11:30, from then onyou have to be indoors Read more
Staff were amazing and friendly. Food tasted great. Patio is also dog friendly. The staff offered a bowl of water for my pup :)... It can get a little chilly when the sun isn't shining onto the patio, since it's by the lake; would suggest to bring a blanketor sweater. Read more
Although the patio seating was amazing, good service & atmosphere, they had no proper steak, and not a lot of other protein... options! The pub salad was overdressed, overpriced with a tiny little chicken for an extra $4!! Read more

I really love this pub. High ceilings and a cool hip vibe. The staff is awesome. The food is really great and the prices are... also fair. The location by the lake in Etobicoke is very convenient even if you live downtown it's right off the highway. Ihighly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a really nice place to go.
