I dont know what has happened to this place. I used to order wings twice a week from here, but haven't been back in over a... year, until today. The chicken wings are much smaller than they used to be and they were so dried out. Even the sauce seemsless saucy. Prices have increased $3 per pound, but the quality has dropped substantially. There are plenty of betterquality/priced wing places in Toronto that deserve your patronage. Read more
We had a couple of pounds of roaster wings (dragon flavour & desert heat) and fries. Wings were flavour very nicely. Maybe the... wings were just a touch over. The fries were crispy the way I like them. Service was great, the bartender/server, she knew themenu well - nice touch. Overall we will be back just to confirm our first impressions that the wings are worth coming for. Justwent back this Friday and had the wings again and they were just perfectly done. Well flavoured and the meat was juicy. Frieswere good but the gravy could be a bit thicker. The next time I will try the fish & chips. Will ask about the poutine and seewhat the waitress recommends ( gravy tonight was not poutine grade). This place is definitely getting closer to be my go-toplace for wings. We just went for wings again on Friday 12/8/23. Introduced my daughter to this place. Everyone ordered wingsand tried different flavours. They were all good, wings were excellent moist, fresh with just the right crispness on the skin.After the initial orders we wanted more. So I saw that Igor was there that night so I'd asked about the Igor special wings andwe tried one of the soon to be named flavour(ranch dressing & heat plus others???). We thoroughly enjoyed it, I can't wait totry the other flavour(Peterborugh). Also I tried the fish and chips as well. Fish was so tasty but the batter could have been abit fluffier. My first visit after walking by hundreds of times. It was a do or die Raptor's playoff game. The place was packed and the energy... electric rooting for their team. Our New Blue Party of Ontario team had a section cordon off rooting for their NBPO team todefeat the old political establishment. Good fries but that's about it. Last night me and my friends went to this restaurant for the second time in two weeks and may... I tell you never going back again. Not because of the fries they were the best part of this place. It started by my friend ordering the salad and it's not very hard to get a salad done in a good amount of time. But 30 minutes later the salad finallycomes as long as the ham burgers. With no forks or nothing and she also got this drink it said it had cool aid in it. But allwe tasted was the really bad vodka. And that took forever to get to our table. As long as everything else and then it came togetting the bill. We asked for the bill with three different servers. And still nothing. So me and one of my friends wentinside 45 minutes later and asked again. And our server said she was not aware that we asked her for the bill that is B.S. weso did. And then she gave us the bill and it was wrong. So we will not be coming back here. Read more
Love the atmosphere, service, drinks and food! It?s a great spot to watch the games, tons of TVs on the wall! The price of beer... was decent, and the chicken wings were so tasty! So lovely to see that they had so many flavors of the wings. The server wassuper friendly and helpful! It?s definitely gonna be our regular bar in the future. Read more
My 3rd day in a row there , The closest thing you will get to a real pub! Food is AMAZING , beer is good too, super decent... prices, nice atmosphere, the male bartender is very polite ,professional and makes everyone feel comfortable with there familyand also sports-friendly, great deals on game days. Awesome place, all you need to have a good time out without any worries.Great selection/styles of Chicken wings. They were juicy inside and crunchy on the outside, everything is absolutely great. This place is a classic sports bar with amazing food for meat eaters and vegetarians and good beers. Patio is generally always... full but now we can sit inside. The staff is nice and accommodating. It's a place where people will have a good time withfriends, instead of having a date. Read more
Not ordering take out anymore. Looks like the gave me scraps and the dill dip tasted awful. Dining in I've had no problems... almost like like the give the scraps for takeout because you can't show them. I hope they see this and fix it. Will try againin a year or so. Read more
