Amazing burgers, poutine was also delicious and thr milkshakes look amazing. However when I was there it took about 30 min for 3... meals woth maybe 5 other people in the restaurant. It was a Wednesday night but still. The food is delicious and prices arefair. Parking for this location is not ideal but then again it's toronto so nowhere is ideal. Our food arrived 35 minutes after our order and it was COLD. I order a burger with putine and my wife burger with Greek salad... and both was cold (only the gravy on the putine was ok). The worst thing I found an olive seed in the salad, thankfully I didn'tbroke my teeth. Read more

I used to love coming to the Works so decided to drop by again after so long. Tried the sweet chica chica boom boom from their... featured menu. There was a description but I figured it would include everything in the picture. I opted for vegan bacon. Whenthe burger arrived I was surprised to see there was nothing in there exception the chicken patty & vegan bacon. There washardly any sauce in it (including ketchup) It did not at all resemble the picture. My friend as generous enough to offer theirlettuce, tomato and pickle from their own burger. The good: Saturday, late afternoon, for take-out. We were greeted right away by the waitress and our ordering went smoothly. ... She told us our meal would be ready in 20 minutes and said we were welcome to have a seat in a closed off section of therestaurant while we waited. I gave the waitress a $5 tip because we asked for extra dips on our way out the door and she washappy to accomodate. Okay, the reasons we will not be back: Two burgers with sides, 1 of them being premium cost us nearly $50with tax. Our burgers were still pink in the middle and were tasteless. I had the mushroom melt which was supposed to havecheddar. There was no taste of cheddar. The only good part of the burger was the bun - it was soft yet solid...it didn't fallapart as we made our way through the burger. We ordered a premium side - the Greek salad. The toppings that make it 'Greek'were skimpy. Once we got home we found out that the pickles we had asked for were forgotten as was the salad dressing. Isn'tthis the responsibility of the waitress whom I presume packs the bag??? After I had given her a $5 tip I now regret it. For$50 I expect perfection. This restaurant is terrible value. Read more

This location was amazing! Came here on Sunday evening. The service was extremely quick and the lady was so friendly and would... always check up on us. The fries were fresh and crispy and the two burgers were perfect and fresh. The food was delicious! Wewill definitely return to this location to dine here again. (This location blows the other Works locations away; ex the LondonWorks location served us cold stale fries with cold burgers with slow/non existent service while having hardly any customers inthe restaurant) Read more

Was yesterday and before maybe two years ago. I should say, nothing has changed) . Still the same pleasant place in the center... of Bloor West Village . Juicy delicious burgers and fast and friendly staff. We ordered a 9 test of heaven and 7- obi -wan -Kobe's. So juicy, savory, mmm Yammy ! Even if you are not a burger lover ,but just a passer - by, stop for a while, you willdefinitely not regret it))) Price maybe slightly above average, but its worth it! Highly recommend. Read more
