Otherwise a great place. Ordered a chicken noodle soup which didn't have a single piece of chicken in it. First, they forgot to... give the bread and butter. And then they claim that it comes from a packet and it is what it is. Have tried the same thingbefore at another store and it wasn't the same as this.Weird and unwelcoming experience. Ordered an iced Capp with espresso foam and the staff were too lazy to figure out the espresso foam. The guy in the turban tried... opening the milk carton but couldn?t do so gave it to the other employee to handle. She herself couldn?t do it and they goofedoff about it. Joked about it. One of the dirtiest and messy Tim's I've ever been to. Tons of garbage on the floor by the lineup. I even saw a few flies on one... of the machines (but I didn't see for certain if it was near the food) Read more

I ordered a cilantro lime chicken loaded bowl hoping to have my favourite cilantro,. There wasn?t a trace of cilantro, and it... wasn?t even lime chicken. And it also took a long time to prepare. If you don?t have cilantro, please don?t advertise as such.Very disappointing. Read more
I prefer to visit any other Tim's than this one. My partner grabbed a breakfast sandwich from this place for me and it did not... have the sausage patty he paid for. I told my partner to not visit this Tim Hortons because from two previous recent visits thestaff messed up orders. With my experience seeing other customers regularly complaining at the counter about messed up orders,which slows down the line, this is definitely a Tim Hortons location I avoid. Read more
Located in the Union (Station) Food Court, this Tim Hortons is a big hit or miss scenario. Depending on the employees and team... members on shift, the service could range greatly. We've had times where the orders were quick, reliable and done correctly...while we've had times where it was very slow and with communication errors. Orders were placed and customers were not notifiedthat their order could not be completed. They only discovered after 10min where they realized the specific ingredients do notexist and looked for a compromise. Recommended to stop by to order beverages but not sure if it'll be right though. I bought two Boston Cream. The filling only just one drip of venetian cream. I dont have idea about how Tims changed their... standards. I told one of employee( asian lady). she put extra filling on my opened donuts. One sides, feel sad. Other side, sayThanks, she try to ?Make Right? procedure. Read more
