Its Tim Horton's. Global brand and helps canadian stand out. Pretty good location in the PATH. Only thing is be careful with... your order as what i got was requested NO sugar and for some reason ended up with SEVERAL packs of sugar in the beverage makingit inedible. Read more
Consistently slow with poor customer service. A cashier is often doing many other tasks and leaving their till unattended, as a... result one line often moves much faster than the other. It would also seem as though the majority of the staff are eitheruntrained or poorly trained. Read more
The waitress was cleaning the floors and without changing the gloves prepared the coffee and served to me. When I asked why have... you not changed the gloves, she said we will make another coffee. I asked is that something that customer should be the teachingor you should know? The manager (Annie) came and without saying sorry told sir it’s Monday. I was amazed to see the response. Read more
