Be loved place of mine:) I also appreciate a cashier(receptionist) who remembers my order whenever I get my coffee. "Cold brew... with espresso foam, no syrup". She always smiles and works professionally. Thank you for your hard working and perfect coffee! Read more

Do not bother. Every time I order online and get there I am still waiting for them to make it. The last time I went there after... ordering the staff just ignored me for a good five minutes to chat with each othere and work the drive thru. I asked if I couldjust have my order. Nothing. Another staffer came from the back had a quick chat with his co-workers then made my order. Read more

I go to this Tims every Saturday. It is very annoying how often my order gets messed up as it did this AM. They are in such a... rush to get you through - I wish they would focus on quality instead of that running clock inside! Read more

The owner of this Tim Houston is going to lose a lot of customers to the fact that their employees get the order wrong. Then... when you address to the employee that your order is wrong they scream at you to throw it out your order whatever happenedto having good manners as an old Tim Houston employee that is not acceptable there was not even apology I felt like Iwas bothering tham all wanted was a coffee not a tea and I got to scream at not acceptable you won't be seeing me going back to that location ever again if you can't work with humans you shouldn't be working there I was there on March 26th at about 1pm not acceptable for me and by looks of your reviews it seems like there's a lot of customers that are having the same problem shame on you ???? This location has consistently gone downhill over the last year or 2 - wrong orders, overfilled coffee that leaks all over the... car, rude service. It seems like everyone is on the ball in the AM but not so much after lunchtime. I?ve been a customer sinceday one and this is the closest location to my home, but after today I will never go back. I?d rather drive 5 min more fordecent service. Read more

Worst Tim Hortons in Toronto. Staff don't care, run out of food, no refund, no exchange and they just don't care! Requested a... ham sandwich only, no condiments on white bread. What I received is in the picture below. A burnt torn whole wheat bun with theham thrown on haphazardly. They said no white bread left, then no bread left at all, this was at 1pm in the afternoon.Complained with phone number never received a call back. Avoid!!! Read more
