How is it possible to be this bad? I'd love to give this store the benefit of the doubt but at some point I just have to admit... to myself that this is a subpar location. The quality of the food and drink is lacking and sloppy. The service is inconsistentand extremely slow. Some of the staff are good. Others not so much. Avoid this location between 12 and 1 on weekdays. Big linesof students. On Sundays the place is taken over by the elderly. Not a seat to be found. Read more
Ordered turkey bacon club sandwich tonight. Gentlemen on shift took my order and made my sandwich. No bacon on it at all, thanks... for the rip off. Don't recommend this location for service. Read more
They ran out of the basic tea in the.middle of the day and the breakfast wrap was half empty
I'm writing this review only for the french vanilla I had quite a few times here. It's amazing guys! Could be the best french... vanilla in town. I highly recommend getting it once. Other than that, place is very clean and plenty of space to dine in. Read more
Cashier was nice but the staff is incredibly slow. While i was there about 8 people waiting for food. Then i found out the store... was out of iced coffee. I left it wasn?t worth my money or time. Read more
Never had an issue. My coffee is always fresh; keep it like this and not cheat out. I have only been there three times.
We picked up some Timbiebs' and they are surprising good. They actually taste different than the other Timbits, usually just get... plain. Not a Bieber fan but love the Timbiebs'. Read more
