This store needs a refresher on health and safety / food handling. Female barista today picked up each cup with her fingers from... the top while preparing the drinks and then held her thumbs over the lids (at the opening where you drink from?!) when passingthem out - so unhygienic. I said something to the staff and no one responded so I just grabbed a straw. ???? Read more

First and foremost I?m not sure why there?s dancehall music that is inappropriate playing every day. No one wants to hear that... first thing in morning, also the Filipino lady needs to lose the attitude and learn how to calculate tax correctly and actuallydo her job properly! Go somewhere else, their service is trash. Read more

Okay service during the day, long line always. Staff is nice. But during the night it's terrible, fewer customers, but only one... girl working her butt off. Waited for 20 minutes in line just to watch that poor girl sweat for minimum wage. Store managerneeds to get their act together, get more people working for closing shift. Don't pocket all the money in your own purse. Paythe people. Read more

This is pretty much your typical Tim's but has a lot of the new and kind of fancy donuts and drink pop! So you can get special... lattes like green tea matcha latte. Staff are really nice and everyone is wearing masks because of the pandemic. Read more

It's an average coffee shop-average items, for either those on the go, or perhaps wanna give their dogs a short rest from... shopping/walking through West Queen West neighborhood! Midday through the week can get quite busy, causing a bottleneck likelonger wIt times. Weekends are generally laid back. I have seen a slight decline in effeciency, since the changing of hands withthis franchised location. Staff turn over rate seems higher, thus causing slower and less automatic knowledge based service-thatsaid, those who are here, do work hard to be essential and service oriented. I usually grab a coffee, she sometimes I switch upto a French vanilla or latte- knowing all are mostly made by way of instant brew methods, my standard takes a break in thiscase. Washrooms, and common areas seem to be overlooked in terms of hygiene. One thing concerning is the removal of a childchanging table in the men's washroom....while the one remains in women's washroom...personally I see a poor statement towardsfamily unit here. Read more
