Went here daily while I was in Toronto. Food for the most part was quick, just one day was a bit slower, but was also a bit... busier of a day. All the food was really good and the staff were friendly. Read more

Honestly the worst tim Hortons experience I've ever had. When I walk in there are over 10 people in line with only 1 person... working, after a few minutes a second employee shows up and I order my crispy chicken wrap about 15 minutes later. Minutes afterI complete the order, the employee tells me they are out of crispy chicken and doesn't want to make more so tells me to changeit. 5 minutes after changing it she tells me they don't have what they need to make what they recommend instead. they recommendme something again and I say sure just get me some chicken wrap grilled, crispy, whatever. After another 10 minutes of waitingthey gave me what I believe to be a tuna wrap which I didn't even believe to know they had. It was so bad I had to throw it out.Not only did I waste half an hour of my time I wasted my money. Do to this Tim Hortons. Read more

This location was dirty and there was weird things on my bagel. I got an everything bagel with cream cheese and there was... something hard in the cream cheese (I don't think it was food but I don't know what it was) and part of my bagel tasted reallystrong like chemicals. The flavor reminded me of the smell of nail polish. I don't know what was on there but maybe they shouldclean up a bit in there before they serve more customers. Read more

The server was rude and took the order haphazardly. He forgot the straws and sweetners. He was also really mean to an d man who... looked homeless but was just sad. He bought two coffees and the server looked disgustingly at the change the man paid with. Then the server was rushing because he wanted to close up. He rudely asked the man to leave, the man asked if he could use thebathroom before leaving. Please teach your employee to be kinder regardless of who the client was or how they were dressed. I came here today at 7:45 and they said everything is done for the day in terms of service. They had the food but refused to... toast a freaking bagel !!! Mind you the closing time is 9. What the actual heck is this? What kind of customer service is this?My kids wanted a bagel and a french vanilla but they didnt serve us. I told the lady working there that the store closes at 9but she said yeah but we have to clean and stuff so we cant toast anything for you. Going to complain to the head office. Read more

Young staff have zero customer service skills. Walked over to the counter to place my order. The Young male cashier just starred... at me with attitude without saying hi and just stood there. I placed my order and he didn't even tell me how much it was therewas literally zero words coming out of his mouth. He just stood there waiting for me tap my card. I ordered tidbits and he justplaced it in a bag instead of a box. I hardly go to this location and it was a real disappointment getting this type of attitudewhen walking in. Read more

I come here very often and most of the time I have no complains, but lately there's been a lot of mistakes with my orders. First... they didn't give me the extra egg I've paid for, then there's whipped cream I didn't ask for in my 3/4 full oat latte. Thenthere's again a 3/4 full chilli I paid full price for, the place wasn't even busy when I ordered so I don't understand why theycan't put more care for the quality. I come here for lunch and doesn't have the extra time to travel back for an exchange. Read more
