The Staff were so loud without helping a customers at the front , im sorry to say this but if you want to speak with your... co-worker with your Language (Filipino) maybe not on the sale floor its very Rude to the customer who wants just to drink theircoffee in a quiet place and rude to your co-worker who doesn't speak your language.. If I could give a zero star rating, I would. The absolute worst Tim Horton's location I've been to. The manager lacks basic... customer service skills and deliberately scams customers out of their change. Someone PLEASE train her. I went in yesterdaymorning to grab breakfast for my kids and myself. The total came out to $6.30 CAD. Reluctantly the manager accepted my $6 USDwhich is $7.77 CAD. She refused to give me my change. I tried 3 times to explain that she was incorrect. Not only did sheinsult my intelligence...she deliberately stole from a mother. There are plenty of people out there that would do a much betterjob than this lady. You hurt not only your team, but the reputation of Tim Hortons. Read more

Was turned away at 10:30pm and was told they are closed but the door was open. I checked the Tim Hortons website and it said... open until 11:00pm. I checked Google and it said it was open until 11:00pm. I believe the websites because why else would thedoors be open? I think they close their registers way too early so by 10:30pm they can?t even take customers anymore. It shouldbe addressed by management. Read more

Worst Customer Service Ever ! I am deeply upset by the way 2 Tim Hortans employees treating their customers. And if it was once... or twice it was okay. This is like everytime i go there, i experience such worst kind of customer servicing. They cannot respectthe customers standing in front of them, and if they cannot do that, they better chose something else rather than servicing.Last time also when i experienced the same kind of behaviour, i even thought of moving it legally. Because such disgustingbehaviours should not be tolerated. Tim hortans should take an action to this awful behaviour by 'Janeesh & Mohammad' who areworking at 1910 Yonge Street store. They are just coming there for having fun and insulting customers and servicing the customeris their last priority. Tim hortans should only hire employees with the right attitude not these kind of ones who degrade thebrand. Will never step onto that store ever again. Read more

This a very dirty location wit extremely rude employees. It is unfortunate that we don't have much options here. The employees... refuse to cleane the washrooms saying that this is th company policy. In other locations, Tim's workers are more human and theyallow regular customers use the facilities if they need. Hope the management will be more responsive to people needs Read more

Clean and fast service The only issue that I have is that when I bought the breakfast combo, it automatically deducted my... reward. I could have used it for some other time but it just deducted it without my consent. I know it?s up to the tents andconditions but it just stripped off my liberty. And their Tim Reward system is redundant and complicated. Why do I need to scanthe reward then scan to pay for it? Starbucks could do with one scan years ago. I lost a couple of purchases because I didn?tknow the system. Read more
