Ordered small cofee .. employees are super rude .. they don't know basic customer service and not paying attention to the simple... order .have to repeat over &over for simple cofee order my first and last visit to this branch of Tim Hortons .. Great place to relax and unwind. It's a nice location with comfortable seating and large windows facing King Street West..
they are super rude here and dont pay attention when you order. I dont mind repeating myself but after 3 times you would think... someone got the order right . And after mentioning they got my order wrong i was told ?you werent charged for a meal? and iexplained that i had asked for it so what do i do now with the add on i requested. the woman just stared at me said i wasntcharged for a meal. rolled her eyes and went back to it. I ordered - Medium Steep Tea - Sausage Farmer's Breakfast Sandwich - Bacon Fiesta Farmer's Breakfast Wrap - Egg & Cheese Grilled... Breakfast Wrap The order delivered ontime. I liked almost everything. The Bacon Fiesta Farmer's Wrap is a new item on the menuI think and I did not like the taste. It had a sour pepper paste which tasted very strong. I could barely taste the rest of thewrap. I think it might not be a good option for breakfast. And also, as you can see in pictures, both wraps look the same fromoutside. The staff at this Tim Hortons always have a smile on their face and something pleasant to say. The service is always quick and... efficient and the restaurant spotless and clean. I ordered breakfast off the à la carte menu (side order) to be servedaltogether in a bowl. A couple of eggs some cheddar cheese and an order of bacon is a great way to start off the day. Celiaclike me can't have the sandwich because of the gluten. Read more
