I love Tim's. My favorite donut is the apple fritter... it is good for when you need a sugar pick me up on a long drive.

Don't buy there if it's busy, bcuz you need to have a quick meeting with the customers who confuse with the order line. One... entrance with a tiny Place is a very very poor design. Read more

The layout of this location doesn't allow workers to move freely and efficiently. At first I thought the blame was on the staff,... but the layout is cramed and results in 10 min mobile orders being late and still in the making. Read more

I work in construction and like many other people who start work early, we'd like to grab our coffee and be out soon as... possible. However at this location it is impossible because you only have one person at the cash who is making coffees, makingbagles and sandwiches and taking orders. I would just like to say to the manager. " you are doing a horrible job and you do notdeserve the position of a manager. Great coffee though! Read more

I go to this John & Richmond location every weekday morning before work and I always order ahead. Most of the staff know me by... now so I don?t have to even ask for my order on most days, they just hand it to me once they see me. It?s a small store so itcan definitely get crowded and awkward when it?s busy, especially when ppl think you?re trying to jump the line when you?rereally just waiting for your mobile order lol.. The only issue I ever have is the lid leaking on my walk to work but that?s notso much their fault as it is Tim?s cutting cost on materials and making cheap lids. Read more

This Tim Hortons is a grab and go location, no chairs or tables here. Often a lineup to the door, even though that means only 6... people in line. Doesn?t particularly mean it?s not deserving of a higher rating, it just seems all Tim Hortons have drasticallydropped from what they were a decade ago. The staff here was friendly, the donuts and muffins are just the standards though, this location doesn?t carry the seasonal oddities (red velvet muffins, hockey donuts, other seasonal treats) that you find attheir bigger locations. Small in and out service, no sitting room here. You can expect a line that goes out the door due to the small interior waiting... area. No spot is a good spot, you're constantly bumping into people. This location is nice to go to when it's not prime coffeedrinking hours. Read more
