This location is absolutely horrible. In the span of two mins, I ordered 1 tea, didn't receieve it for over 10 mins. I was... switched between staff members about 4 times and had to repeat my order before paying. Instead of paying attention to what I hadto say, they were talking amongst each other and asking each other to switch positions from sandwich bar to front frontassistance, it was incredibly disorganized and for someone that is only ordering a medium tea I'd expect much better service. This's for the downtown Toronto SIMCOE & Richmond location. Late afternoon, asked if I can ordered 2 breakfast sausage & egg... muffins because I knew it's available all day. The young lady working behind the ORDER HERE said "NO" & I questioned her why. Itold her because I knew it's for all day. She told me it's no longer available & I can't order. I told her since when the policychanged. She just looked blank & didn't say anything. I then just turned around & walk away annoyingly & disgusted. This storeis filthy & the location is scary. It allowing scary looking individuals to loitering outside in front of the store & Iwitnessed one walked in & sat in the store without ordering when I was there. Avoid this location at all cause. I then went tothe John & Richmond location couples of blocks away & no problem with my oder request. Read more

Street people hold the door open and shut for you but hold a cup for monies at the same time. I feel for this people but they... make you feel obligated to hand cash which most people tap now . I am not sure of the managers know about this. Read more

It was a short staffed place. The employees were trying their best to serve as fast as they can but clearly they were struggling... to keep up with the pace as they were short by at least two people. People had to wait for long on both sides, while making theorder as well as while collecting the order. Read more

Nice to sit down and relax for a bit. But a little disappointed with the cleanliness. Coffee lying on the floor was not cleaned... up on the floor by the entrance and the automatic ordering machine during my 20 minutes there. Read more

I have never received such bad service at a Tim Horton's and I will not be back here. Ordered a wrap and a tea and it was over... 20 minutes, but it wasn't busy! This location is very dirty (floor, tables, chairs, trash area). Also, not all the stuff available to purchase in store is... listed on their Kiosk Order, so after you spend time to order on their kiosk just to find out that the stuff you want is notlisted there so you have to go and wait again in line to order to an employee.
