After all the hope, thought we could try it. First the service was not good at all. Very slow dropping stuff on the floor,... distracted by another worker talking about payment and holidays. Burger was thinner than my hair, and very cold. It was not asdescribed/photographed on the screen. I had to ask for everything separately:sugar, straw, napkins.. I may be biased towards this place because I deeply want Tim Horton?s to do well. It?s a Canadian brand that?s more than a... business for Canadians. It?s part of the cultural identity. So, it would be sad to see trendy hipster coffee shops replace thisaffordable staple. This is of course their test kitchen. They have experimental items on the menu that you will not find atother Tim Hortons?. I can confidently say that they?ve got some winners here. Their Prosciutto arugula English muffin was good,and most of their new flavours of donuts were also good. The overall quality of everything here is better, including theservice and the decor. If this is what the future holds for Tim Hortons then we need not worry. It?s not going anywhere. Read more

This is the next level Tim Hortons. It looks even more modern and luxurious than Starbucks. This menu is a lot better than the... regular menu at regular Tim Hortons and it?s so good. Read more
Pretty good for a first time. They are not stingy on portion and it is worth visiting. The bacon farmer's wrap is pretty good... for my breakfast. Nicely toasted! Great atmosphere ! They have a coffee bar decorated with hockey sticks. Hope they keep uptheir standards. Hence why the line up. Big thumbs up! Read more
