By far the worst location. Furniture is filled with trash, nothing is ever cleaned, nor the washroom and the lines are slow.
This is the worst Tim Horton in the city ! First of all, they have absolutely nothing, the shelves are empty and NEVER refilled,... NEVER ! Then the staff is just awful and you can feel they just don?t want to be there and they want you to leave them alone! When (by chance) you can order some food, you have to wait for ever because they?re just so slow! And finally when you getyour food, you just don?t get what you ordered ! This is by far the worst Tim Horton?s on earth. The filipino staff are so rude to me, and I always am forced to wait for... extended periods of time whenever it is my turn. I have even had people behind me go before me, and there have been at least 4instances of the server either getting my order wrong, or not giving me food. One time, the server actually forced me to payextra for a breakfast sandwich. I clearly asked for two and she only gave me one She then proceeded to make me wait in lineagain and to pay extra for the breakfast sandwich, even though my receipt clearly said that two sandwiches were ordered. I don?tunderstand how anyone can find any satisfaction with type of servicing. Im glad Timmies is going down in terms of the wagestrikes, because your servers suck. Great very clean location at the main floor of RBC office building. Good food selection, free clean public restrooms, a room... with microwaves & toasters. Plenty of seating, large area. Read more
Used to come here but after seeing the lack of hygienic guidelines taken for their food, I had to stop coming to this location.
