Staff are friendly but there's an issue with their opening hours. And they don't answer the phone. This Tim Hortons is stuck in... pandemic time mode and closes at 8pm every day except Sunday, and closes 6pm Sundays. Yet there are restaurants and a movietheatre upstairs and a Dollarama downstairs, making it a very busy location, along with the subway and beer store. We lost a TimHortons to the pandemic in this area so right now there is nowhere to get Tim Hortons in the Dundas Square area after 9pm whenthe mall closes , and after 7pm when the mall closes on Sundays. Because this Tim Hortons closes even before The Eaton's Centredoes. Yet it serves the biggest city in the country, right in the heart of the city. Ridiculous. And you can't complainbecause they don't answer the phone and the manager is never there. They should be open until at least 10 through the week , atleast 11 Fri and Sat, and at least 9 on Sundays. A very slow Tim Hortons with long line ups. Not the greatest, would just stop by to get beverages and even so, it's still a tad... slower than some more efficiently run locations like Eaton Center Food Court. Also, their individual ordering kiosk never seemto be working when we stop by. Read more

The music is WAY TOO DAMN LOUD. Often can hear it 30-40 feet OUTSIDE the store. When asked to turn down, the staff roll their... eyes. Kiosks are often out of service. They rarely have enough staff during morning and evening rush hours, resulting in 10minute waits. Read more

The worst ever. Seriously fire the incompetent staff that works there. They literally can?t even get a Frappuccino right.... Spilled all of the whipped cream and caramel on the lid of the coffee cup. It got all over my hands while holding the cup andcaramel is pretty tacky so it wouldn?t even wipe off. I threw the cup away in disgust without even drinking ithalfway. Honestly, this isn?t even the first time this has happened but I let it slide for so long because I didn?t care enoughto actually complain about a $4 Frappuccino. But this time, they took things way too far by spilling the whipped cream andcaramel on top of the coffee cup lid. It was the last straw. I?m never going to that place again even though I pass through itevery single day. Read more

On boxing day, I went to this Tim Hortons and ordered a combo (drink, wrap, and side dish) for me and another the wrap for my... brother. The wrap was ok, but the bacon looked not fresh and was not crispy. It can acceptable. However, when I opened thepotato wedges, it seems to be cooked for several days ago since everyone only orders drinks and probably no one buys those. Ifeel really disappointed because Tim's slogan is "Always Fresh". After eating that, my stomach could not digest and I feeluncomfortable for the next two hours. So bad!!! Read more
