The atmosphere was good, large space with some couches and there was also a fireplace. However, the cashier/barista was not... friendly, as if he hates his job and he was touching top edge of cups where one might sip, not hygenic. The accessible door wasnot working either. Read more
Busy, just busy. Honestly, the staff work hard, but very disorganized. The line builds up sometimes to an unreasonable waiting... period where I would just leave. I would be standing in line waiting to be served next and then the cashier switch to anotherregister and then would call for someone else in line to move ahead. I always see a homeless person walking in, begging formoney. It's only because the alternatives are a little further away that visit this store more often. If another store that'ssimilar in concept came in, I frequent them more for sure. Seating is usually 50-80% full on any given 9-5 period. Decor isfine for the most part. Read more

Sometimes you want a quick coffee and don't want to pay $7.00, and that's where Tim Hortons comes in. My go-to location every... morning. Self-serve terminals are quick and easy, and I have my coffee in moments even when it's busy. Nobody pestering you fortips, no POS terminal asking for tips. Staff were great - no chit-chat, here's your coffee, buh-bye. I'll be back, as I alwaysam. Read more
I came this morning to pick up my coffee on mobile order at 8:50 am on wednesday. One of the employee said that my coffee sit... too long since my order at app at 8:16 am, he directly changed my coffee ???? I didnt expect that but I really appreciated! I especially like the teamwork in this restaurant. One of the members whose name is Ajay is a professional and friendly worker... here who always greets you with respect and admiration. He is superb.
