Terrible service. Unfriendly, unpatient, rude staff. The old lady working there should be fired. She is by far the rudest fast... food worker that I have encountered. She always tries to rush you and never uses any polite language. I ordered some donuts andshe kept on asking me "Are you sure you want to get those?" and kept on asking me to repeat my order. She also assumed that mydebit card would be declined before I actually paid (which is not true) and asked me to pay in cash or else I wouldn't get myorder. Read more

I had numerous bad experiences here. The last time, I went to redeem my roll- up reward which was a donut and I asked for a... strawberry donut. They told me that I can only redeem 99 cent donuts, not a strawberry donut! However, my award did not specifythe price of the donut I can redeem. I also ordered a medium coffee and they served it in a regular cup (not the ones withroll-up the rims) I asked for a cup that has a roll-up option. They told me you should have only ordered a large cup to receivethat! I told them to give me one empty cup with roll-up. They again said no we do not have this option!!! Then one other persongave me an empty cup and I left. Veeeeeeeeeeeeeery rude and unprofessional. This branch is at the University of Toronto and Iexpected more pleasant customer service. Read more

Do not understand how this tim hortons is still open on campus. The staff is INCREDIBLY rude for no reason at all and have no... customer service skills at all. When one person is rude to a guest the other employees laugh. It's like they enjoy tormentingstudents. By far one of the worst tim hortons I have ever been to. I really hope UofT services see all of these reviews and tryto make a change. This makes students' lives terrible! It is the old Caucasian woman! Someone please teach her how to treatcustomers with respect OR if she is too old to be taught have her take her pension and stay at home! Read more

I get alright service here, but they always underfill the cups. I ordered a medium hot chocolate and when I opened the lid there... was about an inch of space left. This has also happened multiple times with coffee. Read more

Pretty crappy location. Bought a steeped tea, walked back to gerstein, found it was a coffee. Brought it back, no apology,... looked at me funny like I'm the one who made the mistake. Horrendous customer service Read more
