Very fast service, this Tim has a lot of seating, it is close to the bus and streetcar stops and subway station as well.... Everything was delicious, you can also use the mobile application and online ordering. The staff was nice and polite. Invicinity is also a Starbucks, Secon Cup and other cafes so you can be happy and enjoying good service thanks to competition. Read more

Not really sure what they had going on this morning, the employees seemed a bit overwhelmed. None the less, I ordered my food... and received it promptly - but the hash brown was cold which had me dissapointed. We also ordered water and they failed toprovide it to us initially. This is a nice restaurant and employees are wonderful, it just seems like management is not presentin this store. Read more
At 700 University Ave, the staff were wonderful, efficient, polite, and food was fine, but I spent hours on Google looking for a... location with a nice view (this one looks out onto a courtyard garden) only to find the windows plastered over with posters! Whyhave the counter seating face outwards if you effectively make it a blank wall?! Very sad. Read more

Staff are nice and accomodating.. Quick service. Nice location. Outside is the courtyard view of the trees with doves are... wonderful. Besides the subway station. And walking distance to hospitals, other business and offices also to Queens park. Lotsof Parking behind at Murray St. Read more
The service is very fast with 3 lines set up when it gets busy, washroom open too. Super efficient and clean compared to rush... they get from all the people coming from subway and office building around it. Read more
On my on going quest to find the worst tim's in the city, this place definitely makes the top 10. I don't know what the worst... location is but this one hits some serious low points: Stressed and overworked looking staff, some of them look like they're 1second away from breaking down sobbing. Insufficient staffing, always long lineups, they have 4 registers, but at most onlyopen 2 of them. Constant staff turn around, it's a new team every week it seems. Dirty, the coffee service areas are alwayscovered with spilled coffee and food and whatnot. They don't really have proper areas to hand people the coffee either becauseof poor layout, you just get food and drink splatter all around the counters. This looks like a hellish place to work and thatvibe carries across. Read more
