Staff are friendly and fast and know how to communicate with customer. The place was little bit messy which I think is okay for... a place like downtown cause there are so many homeless people and they're always going to coffee shops. Read more

Busy location, long line ups but they seem to be working well and get the orders out in a timely manner. A decent size seating... area. Bathroom not to ideal. Read more

Awfully dirty, very unlike Tim Hortons! Even the tables and chairs were not clean. And no one seemed to bother about it. The... sandwich wasn't heated properly, but we chose to ignore it at the time as we had other errands Read more

Started my order with one person, they stared at me blankly and said 'huh'. I restarted my order, they continued to stare at me... blankly. They pulled another person over to take my order. Tables were filthy, I asked the order taker to clean one, heproceeded to clean all the tables. Read more

I ordered Chili with 2 buns. They gave the old bun since when Idk the day before or something but it was so dry and... hard. Another day I ordered the same thing but the Indian guy (he?ve been working there over a month) but always does mistakes.He gave me just a half of a bun! And with out spoon, knife or napkin!
