Great service. Made my food and drinks fast. Washroom was dirty but in general, place was clean. Employees were friendly.
Extremely bad customer service at this location. I already had a few bad experience at this Timmis, but today was the last... straw. The attendants did not pay any attention to the customers or the long line-up. They were also very short-tempered, rudeand diminishing. We ended up leaving without being served. Boycott this location, if you can. Read more
The location is relatively small with only a few tables to sit. Like most other tim hortons locations, tables never get cleaned.
Managers, check up on your staff. They spend all their time during and in between orders chit chatting while theres lines out... the door. But forget the lines of people who i care nothing about. Lets talk about me. 410-420 pm, Saturday October 29. Checkyour video surveillance. I waited for a Latte order. They left the espresso cup to grow stale while I stood in front the cashierwhile 3-5 orders processed over 10 minutes. I finally ask in frustration if they were making my order and they turn around andproceed to finish the latte with a 10 minute stale latte. You guys owe me a fresh latte and an apology. Read more
The worst experience for the second time at this tim hortons. Yesterday my friends and I went there and grabbed some coffee and... other stuffs. One of the coffees smelled weird and tasted sour so we went back to change that one and asked staff to smell it tocheck if they don't believe us but the girl that was on shift was so rude saying u have to pay again because you already drank alittle. We ended up paying again and getting a new coffee. It is my second encounter with this girl. She needs to work on herattitude and customer service. Never going there again. Read more
Today I went in after lunchtime to get some donuts for my daughter, there was nobody in line so walked to the first cash and... stand there to give my order. This attendant (I didn't see a name tag but a slightly overweight young girl) told me in a rudemanner to go back and wait until she calls me. I thought that was rude and not good customer service. First I decided not to getanything and left, then went back in and asked for the manager. All employees basically ignore that request, when I insist onesaid there is no manager, only a supervisor. I said OK I will talk to the supervisor, again no response, and nobody coming tolisten to me. In the meantime first service person telling everybody behind the counter in a loud voice that she asked me to getinto the line, which was a lie because there was no line. I got upset and left. Tim Horton's might have some good donuts but ingeneral their staff is very bad. My advice is either to choose them from a different pool of workers or train them well. You arein the service business. Classic Iced Capp with Chocolate milk and a vanilla dip donut. What could be sweeter than going to Tim Hortons!
Sunday December 4th at 6:30 PM. I witnessed the 2 female workers laughing behind 2 customers backs as they exited the... store. One of the workers actually was bent over laughing. I hope head office checks the video footage to confirm this. Read more
