My favourite Tim Hortons in Toronto. Staff greets you way before you get to the register. Always adequately staffed and I don?t... think I?ve ever waited more than 5 minutes for food even during lunch time. The menu options are smaller than most locations butstill good. This location put dish soap in one of my drinks, likely from washing the cup or something and not rinsing it, that's already bad... enough, however, i swallowed some accidently, and poison control said i need to call the location to get the brand of soap usedso they can instruct me how to react to the situation, and this locations phone service is Disconnected. they don't even havetheir voice mail setup so I am unable to get dire information about my current situation. Go to literally any other location,not worth your safety. Small but evolved Tim Hortons - one of the newer ones with the improved menu with Matcha and newer equipment and renovated... interior. Store is decently staffed and service is fairly quick. Pickup is closer to the end of the order line. Food isconsistent with the other Tim Hortons chain. Not bad for a quick stop and leave for your dose of Tims. Staff is responsive andcourteous.
