Service is good, but unfortunately no washroom available.

got denied a buy one get one free coffee even after they scanned my code. never coming back here.
Very poor. No droughts as you can see in the photo. No cressaints, bathroom says "out of service" and you have a mexican... festival across the street and only two staff. Just poor. Read more
Quality of the coffee and baked goods is as in any other Tim Hortons. The problem is the attention. Seems that always have... trainees, only one cashier even at peak hours and only one person at the kitchen. If you are in a rush, even for just coffee, gosomewhere else. Also washroom seems to always be out of service. Read more

It was the day of waterfront marathon. My 5 year old really needed to pee. The staff and the manager refused our request to use... their Staff washroom as the customer washroom was out of service. The closest mobile washroom from the marathon was 500 ft awayand had long line up. Really? Did they really have to do that for a 5 year old? I am short of words to express my frustration. Read more
