It was alright. They have a pretty large drink menu but due to this they might run out of the one thing you want. Food portions... are a little larger than your regular pub which is appreciated. If your friend invites you here only come if they?re paying foryour bill, it?s on of thoseeee fr. Read more

I used to walk pass this place every day and I finally got a chance to go yesterday. Great selection of beers and food. We... ordered the german poutine and something else I forgot the name of but it had 3 different kind of sausages. However, the serviceis a bit slow which can make the experience a bit better if it improves. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely go backto try the other options. Its a great place for a casual hangout with friends or loved ones. Read more

It was my first time coming to the Town Crier and I was very excited because my boyfriend always said it was a really good place... to have schnitzel. The service is great, the inside of the bar is cozy and nice and the food was amazing. My boyfriend and Iordered the pork schnitzel with mushrooms cream sauce and we were amazed at how good it was, the Belgian frites and coleslawwere delicious. We are definitely coming back soon!! My first time visit here, food was good, variety of beer choices!! Nice patio spot to chill!!!! Recommend!! I ordered the... Germany Poutine, it was yummy. The sausage was juicy, not too salty!!! I love it !! I also ordered the cider, veryrefreshing! One thing I want to mention is the service was not as good as expected, our server looks sad? I wish I can cheerher up. Read more

Busy busy busy busy! The food was okay, the vibe was good. It?s a nice place to enjoy some drinks. Rating the atmosphere higher... than the food tho. Taking a star, because the seats are awkwardly close to each other, you can literally feel the breath ofpeople sitting next to you, didn?t really like that. The staff were good. Read more

Let me just preface this by saying I came here on St Patty?s day which is one of the busiest days of the year. Service was... amazing considering how busy and packed it was. It?s not a huge space but it?s also not a small space so you should have noissues grabbing a table here. Our first server was very friendly and courteous and she got us a couple of hats for StPatty?s. Ordered the Belgian poutine and it was very tasty. The sauce was light and complimented the fries well. Only complaintis I wish there was more of it. I would definitely come again. Read more

Upbeat vibe with great service! The vegetarian carrot schnitzel was alright, I liked the crunch but the patty needs more... flavour, maybe some more herbs or spices? The fries were great! And the food came fast! Which was impressive, I want to try thevegan sausage next! Thank you. Read more

The burger was amazing. The selection and quality of beer on tap is unlike any pub I've been to in Toronto. The outdoor patio... area is also not bad, they've got propane/charcoal heaters that somewhat keep you warm. It was about 5 degrees outside at thetime I ate there with a co-worker. Will definitely come back to this place! Price is on the high end though. Spent around 35bucks for a burger and a pint of beer. Read more
