Didn't realize that we were getting a ghost kitchen when I went to pick up Swiss Chalet order. Food was great (except rolls... were a bit stale), but the thing that stuck out was their kitchen looked way cleaner than any Swiss Chalet kitchen I've glancedat! They were also faster than any Swiss Chalet I've ordered from. Will continue to choose that location for our take-outorders. Read more
DO NOT GO HERE, THEY SERVE MOLDY AND OLD FOOD. Who knows how long they hold their ingredients past their expiry dates. Ordered a... Cobb Salad, through their Fresh menu and the tempeh had mold in it. We didn't realize that it was moldy because it was alreadyseasoned. Which I'm assuming is a way they try to get away with using older ingredients. Read more
I recently tried this place as we were with friends and no one knew what they wanted, but knew when they didn't want someone... else's suggestion. I had no idea this place existed (don't live in the area) but given it was right by my friends place and hada variety of options, it seemed like the perfect choice. The staff were all very really friendly and my food (Swiss Chalet) wastasty and hot, especially the fries that you could tell had just come out of the fryer. I can't speak for everyone else with me,but no one complained about their meals or had any issues with what was ordered as far as I remember. Overall the concept isreally smart and I will definitely visit again. Read more
Honestly SO DISAPPOINTING. Boiled rotisserie chicken leg lol fatty rack of ribs hardly any meat, Long wait, missing gravy for... the poutine, stale fries, it was honestly the worst Swiss chalet meal ever. Thankfully they gave us some extra chocolate to makeup for the lack of dinner we were about to have lol. Definitely not this location again. Great concept but they need to reallyget organized. Would give 0 stars if I could. The chicken was NOT cooked. Missing all the sides I paid for. Missing extra meatballs on pasta.... No side Parmesan. Also missing hot dipping sauce. Terrible meal for 60$. Missing so much and also have to throw the chicken out.Restaurant won?t pick up phone for complaint. I have called numerous times. Edit: the store finally picked up the phone. Theassociate explained that the person who made my food was new. They asked me to send in my complaint through ubereats and offeredto remake the meal. Read more
Ordered on uber eats. I can understand it being cold due to the driver biking, but it was missing all of the toppings and was... incredibly unsatisfying. Very disappointed and won't be ordering in person or through delivery again. Read more
