Was looking for Ital Vital but sadly they left Kensington. Found this wonderful gem and they did not disappoint The chef truly... cooks from the heart and his love shows in his food. Tried this lovely caribbean vegan spot recently. Everything was delicious from the soup, roti to the full meals. Definitely... going back to try their pizza seeing as everything else that I tasted was delicious and fresh. The customer service was just asexceptional as the food. Wow! I didn't expect to be blown away by this joint! I've had too many disappointing vegan dishes and gotten used to making my... own, I almost didn?t go in. I decided to eat here and I was pleasantly surprised. This place is the best Vegan joint I?ve everbeen to in all of Canada. - hospitality Mackenzie was an amazing host. Good vibe! - the food was fire! Very delectable to mypalate! A lovely blend of Caribbean flavours and amazing texture. Great variety as well. - the atmosphere was so relaxing aftera long day. I ordered the large meal with their protein variety, and a small soup on the side. This is the best meal I've had in a very long... time and it just so happens to be organic & vegan with gluten free options! The food was so fresh and handled with care - ittastes like you're being welcomed into their home. I got to personally thank Peter for my meal and he is such a lovely human.If you're around Kensington on the weekend, you must check them out. 10/10 highly recommend. *Note: location has a street levelindoor sitting area with bar-height tables and chairs. I had tried visiting this place a few months in the past month and realized their hours, but it was well worth the wait! I loved... the food and atmosphere of this place. It was quite busy when I arrived with people coming and going and once I tried the food,I can see why. You can tell they are hard workers with this business to put out some special food here. My girlfriend and Iended up getting the large box meal (It had a little bit of everything) Highly recommend if you're in the Kensington area.
