I went to the Dufferin Mall location on December 19, 2019 at 6:34 p.m. This was the worst fast food experience I have ever had.... I tried to eat as much as I could but had to throw away almost half of the food I purchased. The food was cold and the chickenstrips was full of fat. The rice did not taste good, sauce seemed past due. The potatoes were like hockey pucks and I did notget all the veggie items that were shown on the menu board. According to the second guy that served the food I could only getone veggie item. My plate had none of those green and red veggies on the menu board picture. The second guy who served the food(slimmer guy with a slight beard) did not provide good customer service. This was my first time at this restaurant and it was adismal failure; a waste of $12. I left my contact information with the head office in Quebec before Christmas. They told me thatsomeone would get back to me but no one did. UPDATE: WOW!!! A lame reply after more than year. Best experiences! Every week I eat at this location for lunch/dinner food is amazing always fresh no matter what time you go in... and service is very fast and friendly. I highly recommend this Villa Mandina location its the best shawarma place I?veencountered. Read more

Compared to other shawarma places, quantity is bad, they serve very less salad as if they don't want to have people even touch... the salad section. - one tomato slice is what I got in my platter. They are acting as if there is no other shawarma place aroundand we have dozens of them in this area. Only good thing - Prettiest ladies of Toronto work here, lol. Read more
I bought a falafel wrap today at 6:30pm, it was horrible. She filled it with lettuce and only put two falafels. I asked her why... she was only putting two and she shrugged. I requested extra time on the press so the inside would get warm. My wrap was coldand absolutely disgusting. I should have walked away when I saw that she did not care at all about properly making my meal. Whata waste of money, will never eat there again, it also made my stomach hurt. Read more
Food was tasty but I couldn't finish eating my shawarma sandwich because it was so full with lettuce and they grilled it with... the wrapping paper on it so the sandwich was stuck to the paper and it fell apart. Waste of money. I wouldn't try it againespecially if it means eating paper. Read more
As a vegetarian, there aren?t many options at Dufferin Mall. I?ve gone a few times to get falafel sandwiches. The first time was... great, I think they?d been open a couple of weeks, so maybe there was more effort? But lately the sandwiches just fall apart inmy hands, and the falafels aren?t fully cooked, and the hot peppers they use are absolutely terrible.
