Do not order a taco salad from this place if you?re ordering online/on Uber eats. There is something wrong with their POS system... and when you ask for chilli, sour cream, and chips on the taco salad it sends it through to the restaurant saying that you don?twant any toppings, so it arrived as bunch of lettuce with some cheese and tomato, that?s it. This is the third time I?ve triedordering one and it?s come this way every time, even though I?ve checked all the boxes for the toppings. I?ve tried calling thelocation several times to let them know there?s something broken with their system but no one ever picks up, and I can?t leave amessage because their voicemail inbox is full. FRIENDLY STAFF AND DELICIOUS FOOD ! They get super busy as the location is surrounded by multiple high rise condos, construction... workers and residential areas. Hard working Wendy's staff always work fast, but "some customers are impatient". The employeesand supervisor always maintain cleanliness of this Wendy's restaurant. But some ghetto customers always make a big mess in therestaurant. Read more
id give zero if it was an option. I dont usually write one off bad reviews but this store has been terrible the last several... times. Ice cold Fries, long wait times, incorrect orders. The last visit i placed for pickup came to the store and blew myentire 1 hour lunch time and they didnt have my food ready at the end of an hour. When i asked for my money back it was liketalking to a brick wall. i gave up, then i tried getting my money back from other channels been almost three weeks now andnothing. Great offers . Enough options for drink and sandwiches. The layout of the store is a little inconvenient though. Not enough... space near the counter hence the queue order is always confusing . Read more
My favourite Wendy?s. Ample seating. Always clean. The staff here is also super nice...the type who will let you into the... restaurant and make your order at 10:05 even though they close at 10.
