Check your order before leaving. Missing items two times in last the orders. Food used to be good but it's dropped in quality of... late. The location feels tired already even though it's a relatively new. The kiosk ordering stations are broken or have brokendebit machines. Sometimes it's kinda dirty. Hopeful there will be a refresh soon as it's a place I would go to often. Read more
Got my baconator with only 1 beef patty. Can't even make one of their signature burgers right.
I like Wendy's, especially their salads, but the burgers are also great. This restaurant is new and nice, have to say that it is... clean too. But during the last visit to the restaurant, there was a mouse running on the floor. How do they tidy up there? Andwhat does it look like in the kitchen then? Read more
Corporate needs to crack down on their cleaning policies. Always a mess. Outside and inside. Food is what you expect - but the... cleanliness or lack thereof will drive my business elsewhere. I hope somebody actually reads this. Read more
I ordered two bacon cheese baked potatoes and I hot both of them but one had maybe three pieces of bacon. Not happy...
(Last night) Most ill-mannered worker I have encountered in there. She is acting like I have made her work for me. Energy is... all drained and was super rude while serving the guest. Idk how you guys are processing with hiring, these sort of bad mannersshouldn?t be working there at all. I wonder how you guys are preparing the food at all at this point. there were 5-6 staff was working. i think most of them new. no one was effective what i noticed. i went for pickup skip order.... they took 40 minutes to make the order. once they made, they didn't mention its ready. just kept left side. right way, some elsepicked up and gone. once i asked for that, they behaved rudely and asked its already picked up. i was waiting for whole time.they didn't even help me for that. so bad services.
