Writing this review as I eat in the restaurant, staff were fantastic well half of them, they seemed over staffed, literally... people just walking around and talking amongst themselves and casually swearing because they had hardly no one inside even hadthe time to play a vame of catch the lemon which them dropped a tray of drinks doing snd had to clean it, super unprofessional.Not an issue for me, but it is when your blasting music and I can't even hear myself think. I literally blast music at home butthis was worse than a club, I had to ask them to turn it down, that's how bad it was. Otherwise, food was great, honestly if itwasn't for our waitress (Sri lankan girl) I would of rated it a 1 star, reason why it's only 2, wall full of flies, rest of thestaff looked like it was a chill out joint for them, not a restaurant. Great location, great opportunity to make this a greatrestaurant but the staff is letting the owners down. I will not be eating in again, take aways for me moving dorwa4d. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a wild wing restaurant. When my friends and I walked in we couldn't tell... who was an employee. Once we were seated it took about a half hour to get water. The worst part of it all was the volume of themusic, it was so loud my friends and I couldnt even have a conversation. Once our server came to take our order it was another45 minutes for our food. The food was mediocre at best the service was horrendous and the atmosphere was unbearable. I don'treccomend coming here. It was almost as if a bunch of friends decided to buy a wildwing and just turn it into a place where theycould throw parties. Save your ears and take your money elsewhere. Read more
The location itself didnt look like much initially, and we were a little skeptical at first, but it turned out to be a nice... experience. The food was good, with one caveat... the Caribbean Jerk BBQ wings was definitely not "Caribbean" ... they didn'ttaste bad, just that they seemingly sprinkled a jerk style seasoning on after. Normally I'm understanding and tolerant of workers at night considering they might have had a long day and fatigue can kick in.... However, I don't enjoy continued lazy and uninterested service from the moment we arrive. Our server, Mario seemed to be verydisinterested in our group upon arriving and seemed to be annoyed when we had questions regarding food and drinks. Even as faras going as saying certain drinks were for women only when we were inquiring about daily specials. And while we asked thequestion to see which drinks were part of the daily special, the server gave us the wrong information and we purchased drinksunder that guidance but paid more. I found that despite our group of 6, we were respectful, quiet and obedient to the restaurantpolicies. My experience wasn't tainted from the food, but more so the service. Whenever we had questions, we seemed to be metwith resistance or annoyance and we don't deserve such treatment. I wouldn't recommend coming here in a group given the factthat our experience was not enjoyable at all. Read more
The best thing on the menu was the inferno burger. The texture and flavors blended well. The cheddar sauce brought out the... savory sweetness of the meat. The jalapeno popper added a little kick to top of the juicy burger. Read more
