Yet another 1-star review for this place. Very rude and unapologetic, for their mistake. Full of ridiculous excuses instead of... eatable food. The meal was a direct order on their website, and I picked it up myself. Disappointingly, only half the meal wasmade upon pickup, waited 10 mins for the rest of the forgotten food to be made. In the meantime, the food I had received was nowcold, soggy and unappetizing. Not surprisingly, the missed food was prepared in a hurry and was undercooked and soggy, too. Ihave more things to say about the extremely rude bar tender on that evening, but I?ll settle with saying the course on customerservice, professionalism, and general kindness was painfully and obviously not taken or cared about. Overwhelmingly dissatisfiedand let down from this business. I will, as the bar tender instructed, never come back. Read more
We come weekly. Super nice owner wings and service great. Salads always fresh. Tuesday is half price wings but somehow we... always get here on Thursday. Highly recommend. Read more
Was finishing my dinner when another customer come to pick up an order, turn out one item is missing, and they showed their... phone to them, instead of apologizing or finding out how, they threaten the customer to ?do not come back? twice. So as theywish, we will not come back to this place. Read more
We order the food and it wasn?t the best. Even the service wasn?t so great either, the waitress was so snappy and looked like... she was in a hurry ( but the bar was half empty). I was so generous with the tip with the level of dissatisfaction the food andservice was. I will look elsewhere. Read more
Dont order the burger they microwave it instead of actually cooking it. Nothing special at all wings are from a bag of frozen... processed in a factory nothing original or special. Prices are way above the quality you'd expect. Dont waste your money. Read more

We ordered online and we?re told that our order would be ready 30-45 minutes afterward. We arrived there 45 minutes later to be... told that our order would be ready in 15 minutes (which was annoying, but we were okay to wait). When we came back 15 minuteslater our we were told to wait another 15 minutes. After waiting over 30 minutes we received our food. We were not apologizedtoo or did not receive a discount for the long wait time. To be honest we are fine to wait a little longer than expected when weorder food (things happen we get that!), however no apology and very poor service did not make us feel great about ourexperience.
