Do not work here. Lack of communication/transparency between owner and staff. There are overdue pay checks to staff members,... myself included. Zebu has been set to open since December. The opening date was pushed back to February. It is now April andthere is no clear response as to the delay, and messages sent in regards to outstanding compensation (since February) has beenmet with silence. Read more
The ambiance is beautiful! and the food is so good. I highly recommend the house made vegan burger. Hats off to the Chef!

Not a bad place. I, too, went to the food truck as a taster. I had the gaucho sandwich, which has picanha, lettuce, mayo, and... red onion. By far, the best part was the meat. Tender, because of the nature of the picanha cut (sirloin cap), it as veryflavourful. The downside for me was the use of iceberg lettuce. It's a lettuce that shouldn't be on an item of this quality. Youcan find this lettuce at McDonald's. If it had a better lettuce, it would have made it so much better! Anyways, I'll beinterested to check out the main restaurant when it opens. Read more
As mentioned below, wouldn’t suggest working for this establishment. No respect for the people who put in a lot of time and... effort coming to training and learning things to ensure Zebu was successful. Silence from the owner in terms of compensation,and no clear timeline for when place will even open. Super unprofessional and disrespectful. I really do hope the owner gets ittogether before this becomes a bigger issue than it needs to be. Pay your workers. Read more
