FULLY LOADED BAKED POTATO no chives & a HOUSE SALAD with RANCH, For my 2 sides. My buddy had 18OZ RIB EYE_Medium Rare. Youget 2 sides to choose from out of many for each meal. My buddy o'grotten potatoes X 2 The hot bread is free anddelicious. Comes with butter. No limit. We paid a $150 with tip but we also had drinks from the bar. A very horrible experience here for being my first time. Ive waited for 35 minutes to only have my salmon RAW! I told my waiter... that my salmon was very RAW, to which his response was “ all salmon that come out is “MEDIUM”. Which I’ve never EVERHEARD THAT IN MY LIFE. I’ve gone to other places and order salmon and the salmon come out cooked. THIS HOWEVER IS VERYWRONG. He then asked if I wanted my salmon cooked more I told him for a replacement to which 15 minutes later he returned backwith the same salmon and still uncooked and raw as shown here on the pictures. Never coming here again! This other pictureshows my friend having salmon as well and it’s well cooked. Minutes later I asked for manager, he tell me that the companydoes their salmon this way “medium” If the company does this, why don’t they offer the option of how cooked i want mysalmon. Really good customer service, the girl that attended me and my family was very attentive and friendly, easy to order with her... and suggested food from the menu since it was our first time . I think her name was Michelle but im not sure , light hair withcolor eyes , she has amazing customer service the best customer service actually . 6.5.22 - I ordered chicken sandwich with fries. The chicken sandwich was a bit on the dry side and lacked seasoning/ taste. ... Chicken breasts can be a but tricky to master, so I wasn't really surprised. The bun, bacon, cheese, and everything else aboutthe sandwich was great. The fries were delicious. After 12 years of my last visit, I came in here looking for a great steak, at any price. I ordered the closest thing to a surf... and turf: rib eye steak with some shrimp. Multiple times stressing that I like it rare. After a disappointing old fashionedcocktail, I got my meal. Besides a few lonely looking shrimp that seemed to hitchhike their way onto the plate, I got a decentsteak. But not a great steak. Also it was definitely not rare. If I'm gonna leave behind $70 per person, I wanna be impressedabout SOMETHING. At least the server was friendly. Will I ever come back?... probably not. Read more
Went here for the second time and it was an experience worth writing a review for I guess. Service is good, waiter was nice... enough, but I ordered the NY Strip medium rare and it was more medium than rare. I double checked with the waiter and asked whatI ordered, in case he wrote down well done or something, and he said I did request medium rare. Told him the steak wasovercooked and he just apologized, lol. I already ate half the steak at that point so I understand why he didn’t offer a newone, though. I don’t have beef (no pun intended) with the service, just the food. The center of the mashed potatoes was stillfirm enough for me to cut through with a knife and have a flush, solid cut, so apparently they didn’t reheat that for longenough. TLDR: Overcooked steak, undercooked (or under-reheated) mashed potatoes, grilled onions was the most delicious part. Read more
FOOD TAKEN OFF PLATE IN MIDDLE OF MEAL. I ordered BBQ Ribs & Chicken and received a plate of chicken. I let my server know I got... the wrong food, server was kind and said no problem we will make this right and bring out the rest of your food. Five minuteslater server returns with a small plate in hand and asks me to remove a piece of chicken from my plate that I am eating from!!!Needless to say I did not finish my meal, it was ruined. I have never in my life had a server ask for food from my plate as Iwas eating. THIS IS TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT.
