Very slow service and slower when gratitude is automatically added to the bill. Server feel they can give lousy service and not... work for the tips. We got over 100 boneless chicken wings which were very salty our bill was over $300 and couldn't get a simplebeer. I know there are restaurants with less people but the one in Torrance had servers standing around that can help others .And I think it's stupid that you can't buy a beer at the bar and take it to your table while your server takes their sweet timeto put an order for one beer. Very bad service for a sixty dollar tip. Read more
Customer service is good but food...can't put my finger on it. Left to wash my hands after server took our order and when i got... back (again, just to wash my hands), our order was at the table??? Most of the party had stomach issues the next day. Read more
This is by far the worst buffalo wild wings I've ever been too, not only were the staff extremely rude to me but they wouldn't... redeem my birthday rewards. They don't ever have to worry about me coming here again Read more
HVAC system had several leaks throughout the restaurant that it was dripping from. Bathrooms and restaurant overall looked... neglected. Server took order and food was fast but very dry personality. Appetizer had a to-go cup for dip instead of a nicerdish. To top it all off, every 1 out of 2 things we wanted to order they were out of or discontinued. Read more
My experience was horrible all around! The waitress Catherine at this location was so rude! She made us feel like we were a... bother for coming in. First, she asked for our drinks and while some of us weren’t ready she got mad and said, “I guessI’ll just get you guys three drinks” and rolled her eyes. Then she came back and asked if we were ready to order while stillnot taking our drinks. We had to remind her that we still had not ordered drinks. After we got our food we did not get thecorrect items but didn’t say anything because we were too nervous to get her upset. We had to give a tip, which I wish wewouldn’t have to because the service was the worst service I have ever experienced. What was supposed to be a nice trip turnedout to be a bad experience. If I could have left a $0 tip I would have because she definitely did not deserve it. Read more
Loved the service and the food was excellent. We only waited about 10 mins until being seated but to us it felt like we waited... less due to us waiting the 49ers vs. cowboys game. Our service let us know that she seen us but her and her coworkers werecleaning up ALL the tables that the previous customers left after the game ended. We told her to take her time we actuallyunderstand the circumstances that the restaurants are going through due to shortage of staff. But once she took our order ourfood was out less then 15 mins. Wow. I mean for such a prime spot, this place is pretty beat up. The bathroom was way too dirty and the place just looked like... it hadn’t been taken care of. The food was good but the cleanness of the made you question quality. Not sure if i wouldrecommend even though the food was decent. Need new management. Don't waste your time here. It took almost 10 minutes to be greeted. The server was rude, she apologized for the wait. But what... is the point of apologizing if you are just gonna take as long the second time as you did the first time. She got none of ourorders right, even when we specified what we wanted and asked questions about the menu items. The manager was rude andunprofessional when she approached us, she had a bad attitude and a b**ch look on her face. I tried to say thank you multipletimes and the server just continued to rudely walk away. Terrible service, terrible food and an overall bad experience. Takeyour money to Lazy dog, they know what is up!! P.S. shout out to the food runner, that kid was nice. He only delivered what theserver wrongly rung in. Read more
