POOR! Bought food here with my family and ran inside to use restroom with our kids and they didn?t have no sign on the womens... stating it was only for employees so when walking in we asked for the code to use restroom and they gave it to us while rollingtheir eyes then when asked about the code for womens they said it?s closed for Employees only when they seen my child begging touse the bathroom! The only reason I buy their oversalted, 20 ingredient fries and their reheated burgers is because my husband likes it. Also, a... lot of mistakes on orders over the years and I don't deviate from the menu so no clue why. This time I was charged for anadditional chicken sandwich, which I caught on time. Read more
Very rude service and had a very hard time communicating with the front desk. They walk around and joke like it's a clubhouse... and as if the customers are an inconvenience. The employees there need to realize their at work not at home and people pay aunreasonable price for a burger and fries the least they can do is make the experience a lot more enjoyable. Read more
I've been going to this location for a while since I work next to it. Probably few times a week. I never really had an issue... with the place. Food quality always good especially for a fast food. Yes I know you want the grilled onions and no salt, butit's a fastfood place not really a dine in burger place. There are other restaurants for that. Why does it matter they areHispanic? They mess up, oh well if you pay attention; their kitchen is very hot. Try work 6 to 8 hours in it.. The managersalways seem to be on top of the things. Food sometimes done in no time, which helps me to save time on my 30 min lunch to eat.Their Jalapeno burger, and Spicey Western Bacon is very tasty. Yes it's a bit expensive, but I think it's better than In n Out.They've been up to date with requirements for covid. I just like to go their, they are very hard working people. :) I'm notsponsored but their coupons that they mail out are pretty good! Read more
