Well, the churros were great, but it went downhill from there. Ordered via the EPL app for pick up. Ordered a double chicken... tostada with Mexican vinaigrette with avocado and a shredded chicken quesadilla with no cilantro and no tinga. The quesadillacame with NO chicken of any kind. Apparently, ordering no tinga means no chicken, it that isn?t explained anywhere. Paid thefull-bore price, however. Not sure to blame the restaurant or the app. This order was placed on an extremely hot evening (9/6)and my home has no A/C. I was hoping for a nice cool salad, only to find it was warm, or some might consider hot. I put myinfrared thermometer on it and it read 83 degrees. Even the dressing was warm. Also, it came with the cilantro lime dressingnot the vinaigrette. The cashier was very nice, however. Not my best experience with this El Pollo Loco. Read more

This is, by far, the best El pollo Loco in the South Bay!! It's clean & the counter service is great. I gave 4 stars on this... visit because mi Jaime had to return the chicken as it was dry. But without a fuss, the gave him 2 fresh, hot pieces. Keep upthe good work team!! Read more
First time to this store. They had no avocado salsa! AND the chicken is plain, no taste what so ever, and i feel like barely... cooked! I tried to make the best of it but Very disappointed!!! Read more
This has to be the best El Pollo Loco! Whenever I'm in Torrance and if I crave El Pollo Loco, I come this location. I get the... chicken meal, and the chicken is tasty, juicy, and not burnt like some other places. The sides are fresh and are very good. The customer service is fast, and they always get my order correctly. We thank you, and keep up the great work! Read more
