Very tacky service. I went to the drive thru and asked for a lot of salsas. They gave me one so I asked can I please get a lot... of salsas and the lady just gave me one and then very coldly said goodnight and close the window in my face. Idk if this isevery pollo loco but they're so rude whenever you asked them for extra condiments. I hate going to pollo loco for that reason. Read more

The drive through is a joke. They literally take and complete one order at a time... why? I thought there was something wrong... today but after reading other reviews it sounds like that's their normal routine. And after that nonsense the food was cold.How? I don?t usually leave bad reviews I don?t like it I appreciate people who work! at this time? This is just Terrible service and... rude attitude. I?m on the drive through - They handed me my to go with no utensils napkins or straws. Took me a few minutes togo through the order in to make sure that everything else was okay and then I knocked on your window to ask for utensils andstraws and napkins as she had an attitude telling me I?ve been in her drive-through for the last seven minutes and then I?mblocking it. Torrance and Artesia- that's it will never go back there again. I have been there several times in the past. 3 times they were... out of chicken, 2 other times they were closed at around 630 and today, the drive up line was long, so I went inside. I thoughtgreat this should be quick! NOT SO FAST! While there and waiting for ten minutes with no one taking my order, there were 5people waiting for there order. 2 different people came in from out side with wrong orders. And the one of the guys waiting fortheir order was called up to get his order he started yelling about his being wrong order too and asking for his money back. Ithen left. I DO NOT KNOW HOW THE COMPANY CAN ALLOW SUCH A POOR OPERATION TO CONTINE. I AM SO FED UP AND WILL DEFINITELY NOT BEBACK. Read more

POOR SERVICE: Went through the drive-thru (I was the ONLY CAR) & placed my order for the family meal for 4. The 2 sides I... selected were Beans and Mac n' Cheese, and also requested thighs and wings chicken pieces + Corn tortillas. I had to repeat thesides 3 TIMES because the service rep kept saying "You want rice and beans?" And I'd correct her, saying "Mac N' Cheese andBeans!" I paid at the window and got most of my order and was told to drive up to the front to get my churros... ... I waitedseveral minutes and NO ONE came out to give me my churros. I was hungry & knew my family was too, so I just went home. <> OURORDER... -Got mostly chicken legs -Got RICE, no Beans -Got 1/2 a container of salad that only fed 2 (the meal says it feeds4) -Got 1/2 corn and 1/2 flour tortillas - No churros So, if you're in a hurry and hungry and picking up at this Crenshaw Blvd.Location, be aware that you're going to get whatever they feel like giving you, not what you ask for. I usually dont like to leave reviews, but this time, I kinda had to. The girl on the drive-thru window was extremely... unprofessional and rude. She was Giggling on the order box as if she's talking to another worker about something, then she goessilent for like half a minute before she took my order. After my order was taken, she made me wait for a good 3 minutes to giveme the total... there was no other car ahead of me, so she wasn't busy charging anyone, just talking. I drive up to the window,she doesn't say hello, nor the total, just sticks her hand out to take my cash. What a joke. If she doesn't like her job, gosomewhere else, or don't work in retail. Bad customer service, bad management. Prob will never go back again. Read more

All I will say is BIRRIA at EPL????????. No one believes me. Lucky to have in the Southbay. Staff was super friendly. During... these covid times with short staff I was still very appreciative. Be patient. It's worth it???? Read more

My husband and I stopped here as I was picking up dinner from work and he was heading to work picking up his lunch. There were... so many issues First, the entrance door was locked and another customer inside the store saw me and pointed to another door butwhen I went to that door, it had a sign on it that read ?Please use other door? Second. While waiting for my order (order#361/362) I was observing the workers making the food and saw multiple employees handling food with their bare hands. I saw thecashier ringing up orders which calls for operating the register and cash handling and then went straight to go pack food withthe same hands she just collect money with and we all know how dirty money is. Then I saw another worker scratch her hair andthen used that same hand she just scratched her hair with into the chip bucket and packed chips with her bare hands! And talkabout chips? I don?t know if this is El Pollo Locos procedure on packing chips but every employee avoided putting gloves on,grabbed a chip back inside out, scooped a handful of chips, and with the other bare hand scoop a second hand full of chips in tothe bag and then wrap. Each employee did this exact step by step, which makes me wonder is this El Pollo Locos way of teachingfood packaging/handling? Aren?t we coming out of, or perhaps still in a Pandemic? But it only get worse. I get my order I gohome, my husband goes to work and on his lunch breaks calls me and says ?I bit into my tacos and there is somebody?s nail init?! That about took my appetite away, we didn?t even eat the food we purchased. A waste of money time and food! Read more
