The variety of meats are good, the price is good. Variety of sides is average. Taste is average. The floors are extra slippery,... you have to be VERY careful walking around. The burner on our table didn't work, and it took a while to get the attention ofthe correct waitstaff to help fix the burner. We had 2 waitstaff serve us, but they would often forget meat, sides, and drinks.We had to remind them to bring items at least twice before we received them. If we received them at all. I'm sure they werebusy, but if management should have more waitstaff on that shift if it is that big of an issue. Other kbbq spots do better inthe area, not coming back. Read more
Absolutely amazing I?ve been to this location multiple time and it never lets me down on the portions and the service they... provide! Tried their new spicy Korean Riblets and they didn?t disappoint! If you ask me I?ll always recommend their Green AppleSoju, they bomb! Only reason I didn?t give them a 5 out of 5 was because the floor was super slippery and I kinda almost fellbut I didn?t so we are good!! Read more

Excellent customer service and staff. Ordinary wait of around 15-20 minutes. Not that bad. Perfect date night spot. Ambiance and... mood are cozy. Bring your conversation and an appetite. Took a star away for the slippery floor. Overall great experience. Read more
Gen Korean bbq was ok. Came for a friend's birthday and this was my first time trying it . It was about a 30in wait time (no... problem) got seated. Did not care for any of the sides since I'm a non veggie picky eater. The inside was super cool with allthe blue lights. My fav meats were the beef bulgogi that tastes like Philly steak meat and the spicy pork (highly recommend overthe spicy chicken) I did eat my money's worth of meat. Will I go back? I like the concept and experience to cook your own meal and stakes, but what I don'tike is that after 15 minutes, you're so... greasy, floor is slippery, and by the time you are out of the restaurant, you are stinky and you'll take the smell back to yourcar and your house. Liked the place, location and the parking spaces. Waiting time is about 30 or more minutes if noreservations. One tiem experience for me. Read more
DO NOT EAT HERE!! This place is a complete disaster! Over priced, service SUCKS! Their floor is so slippery and when I addressed... it with the ?manager? she just said sorry. Their restroom is unbelievable!!! Imagine having to take your toddler in there. Seethe pics attached. I will NEVER be back. This place needs an inspection and I am making the call Monday morning! Went to Gen yesterday, sadly my calamari was completely over cooked and rubbery, but the waiter took it off the bill. The meat... was good, but they really need some vents over the tables. There are so many other better Korean bbq options. I?m assumingpeople like this one more for the vibe than the food. Read more
