It's 9:14 pm. Exhausted from work, decided to get food real quick and went through the drive thru and said hello and even spoke... and for over minute no help. So I just drove through and all I can see is a woman with a mop. Why bother to bother her. Read more
This place has shorted me food for the last time. Do not go here unless you want to call back and report missing items and get... no refund. They offer to give you your missing items if you return but how many people would you think would spit on it. Whowould even drive 20 minutes back while your meal gets cold? Refund is the only fair solution but this location refused. Thatis like theft. I have been a loyal customer for decades and based on how bad this jack n the box is with missing items I willno longer support this franchise. Often I find myself working late into the night. Unfortunately, sometimes I forget about dinner. Since COVID, most... establishments that serve after 9:00 pm have changed their hours. And the internet, for some reason, has not caught up yet!! Even though no way a healthy choice, Taco Bell and Jack n the Box are the only fast food restaurants open in the LA South Bayafter midnight! Taco Bell, the after the bars ?snack? of the past, is no more. (Times have changed - Literally!) Hey, Google.Idea here. Possibly have a list or map of "after hours" businesses willing to be open between, say... (12:01 am - 4:00 am). Notjust fast food would be great! Availability is critical here.
