This place has shorted me food for the last time. Do not go here unless you want to call back and report missing items and get... no refund. They offer to give you your missing items if you return but how many people would you think would spit on it. Whowould even drive 20 minutes back while your meal gets cold? Refund is the only fair solution but this location refused. Thatis like theft. I have been a loyal customer for decades and based on how bad this jack n the box is with missing items I willno longer support this franchise. Often I find myself working late into the night. Unfortunately, sometimes I forget about dinner. Since COVID, most... establishments that serve after 9:00 pm have changed their hours. And the internet, for some reason, has not caught up yet!! Even though no way a healthy choice, Taco Bell and Jack n the Box are the only fast food restaurants open in the LA South Bayafter midnight! Taco Bell, the after the bars ?snack? of the past, is no more. (Times have changed - Literally!) Hey, Google.Idea here. Possibly have a list or map of "after hours" businesses willing to be open between, say... (12:01 am - 4:00 am). Notjust fast food would be great! Availability is critical here. I wish I can give zero stars? I have tried three times around 11 pm on different days and have either been told the kitchen is... closed, or I just get absolutely no response. I have wasted too much time at this sorry location. I work odd hours and I wish Ican have a place that is reliable. Only going to the jack n the box off of western and pch they are way better despite theirlong line but I can understand why. Read more
I ordered a Club Chicken Salad and went I got my got my order the Ranch dressing packet was hotter then the grilled chicken with... my salad. I went to counter and ask if they had a Ranch packet that was cold. I was told NO. I then talked to the female managerand was told that they don't refrigerate their dressing, so you just get a hot packet of Ranch dressing with your cold salad.When i asked the manager why dont they refrigerate the salad dressings. She said that they have their own way to do it!!! To theowner of this place!! I've had this same Club Chicken Salad all over Southern California at various Jack in the Box's. The otherlocations have labeled packets with croutons a knife and fork with napkins and ranch dressing that has been refrigerated. I'mgoing to think that the Manager has little to no training on how to run a franchise like Jack in the Box. Hopefully the owner ofthis franchise can fix this matter and not let on site managers make their own rules on how they want to run this place. FoodSafety is important!!! Read more

YELLED AT by them. Thank goodness the manager was there.
