Not to bad customer service the food temperature could have been better for me going though the drive thru.
Went during lunch ordered a couple of things. Had to repeat my order at least 3 times. Once I get to the front the lady then... hands me a chocolate shake which I tell her it was a oreo shake, she then in Spanish starts talking smack about me. Mind you Iknow spanish. Which im sure she didnt know I did since I was talking in English. I then leave because once again I went duringmy lunch and when get back I noticed she charged me for some things and I didnt even get them. Thats b.s ! Read more

I ordered their deluxe breakfast and when I was home I noticed they forgot the pancakes and gave me bbq sauce instead of... syrup. I drove back and my food was remade although unfortunately it was all just a waste of gas, the sausage was wet and sogreasy I couldn't even finish it, the pancakes tasted of chemical, I'm not sure why; the eggs were the only good point but bythen I lost my appetite and threw most of it away. First time stopping by here. Went through drive-through. They were good with timing even though it was during the lunch rush.... The food though was over done. Ordered Chicken strips and they were dark and hard. Definitely left in the fryer too long. Its abit farther from work than other restaurants i frequent so not likely to return to this one again. It's Jack's. This one tries to stay clean and gets your order out pretty quickly. Inside the dining area is pretty small but... they do offer free wifi. You will find younger kids here, drunks and people, how shall I say, down on their luck trying to makeends meet. But they haven't bothered me the times I come here. I lucked out today and got all three, just this visit there weresome transients here with a cat that smelled real bad that got loose, then a drunk older man came in from the beach and just afew minutes after that two young kids came in with a rolling boom box.
