This place was so crowded after midnight on Halloween that I had to find another location. I went to one a couple of miles away... and it was also crowded and they were out of Coke, Dr. Pepper, Root Beer, and all they had was Diet Coke! Page says its OPEN 24 HOURS, 7 DAYS. Stoped by on Sunday, October 30 at 9:09pm and DOORS were locked. Drive thru was open.... LUCKILY there is a In and Out burger right across the street were i could use the restroom, wash my hands and order my favorite,a double-double with fries. I came in and ordered breakfast with french toast sticks waiting then I get pancakes, i said i didn't order that i ordered... french toast sticks the guy tells me we dont have those anymore. I tell him then why do you still have your sign out for them.The manager says you owe me 3 dollars more for french toast sticks i said i already paid the extra for that i just want my moneyback. When I first walked through the doors I was greeted with the heavenly smell of fresh cooked food and drawn to the counter only... to be greeted by what might be the worlds best cashier, my food was prepared in record time and there aren't words to describethe joy I felt while taking my first bite, the exquisite flavor, fabulous aroma, and fantastic portions brought me to the brinkof climax. JACK IN THE BOX This place is very dirty and the bathrooms are disgusting because the homeless and mental health from the... hospital across the street go in there to birdbath and pee all over the floor, so everyone including the staff that cooks ourfood tracks those germs back into the eating and cooking area????????????. When you go thru the drivethru theres usually alwaysa stinky dirty homeless person sticking there face in your window. The service is also very poor and the drive thru is veryslow. Jack in the box has one of the best take out foods and Tacos and a good tasting hamburger meat. But this location onVermont & Carson bl. Three of my coworkers and I decided to eat at this location on Friday, June 10th, at approx. 12:15 pm. I placed my order and... tapped my debit card once. The cashier told me, the transaction did not go through. She asked me to try it again. As she sharedthat they have been having issues with the credit card machines. I proceeded to tap my debit card a second time, as itregistered as the transaction being approved. I didn't think anything about what took place. Today, Saturday, June 11th, my wifewas checking our credit and debit card transactions. And, she asked me if I made two purchases for the same price. I told her,No. To my surprise, I was charged twice for one order. So, now I go to Google to find the location and phone number to thisJack In The Box. I called the business number listed and no answer to my first call. I called a second time, once again, noanswer. This is an indication that the Manager On Duty has poor customer service skills. I?m a Big Fan of the Jack?s Spicy Sandwich ????? Order it Minimum 3 times a week?from Any near Jack?s to Me @ the current time ?... But Since I have a JobSite near this location it?s where I?ve been to this one few times ?.& 3 outta 5 it?s been where theChicken patty tasted like it?s been Re-heated @ least 2 or 3 times ???? Stale,Stiff, & Awful?..
