Do not come to this restaurant, constantly messing up my order and is missing either condiments, napkin, or food. Also, bad... attitude when you ask for the missing item, they make it seem like your inconveniencing them. On April 8 was the last straw, Iordered a meal and nuggets then went home, I looked inside and I was missing the nuggets. I called the place no one would pickup. I wasn't about to drive far to waste gas and go back out in the 90 degree weather. So I place a complaint online on April 8for them to contact me so I can explain in detail what happened. Now it's May 1st, ample time to get back. The worst part isthat the price for the meals went up as well as the minimum wage for the employees, BUT THE SERVICE DID NOT IMPROVE. WHY SHOULDALL OF US BE SUBJECT TO HIGHER PRICES IF WE RECIEVE BAD SERVICE. THIS DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE. I do not recommend thisplace. Update 6/19/2022. No response back from this specific location. When I ordered at the drive thru I specifically asked for no silverware or napkins since I would be taking my food home. When I... drove around the same person was getting the silverware, dressing and the toppers ready for my salad. I again told her I didn'twant the dressing or the silverware, but I DID want the toppers. When I got home I home - no toppers, but I had silverware anddressing! Accident out front, great food though. The advertisement on the window 4 the Sourdough Jack promo for $5.99 there's nothing in... it it's pretty much all bread. If you want some real food get the bacon ultimate cheeseburger. that'll keep you full for about 6hours... Read more
I go to this store at least twice a week because is really close to my house and because I like Jack tacos... I always Ask them... to put tomatoes and also I always helped them with speed.. They stopped me or send me back and I never complain... But today whoever did my tacos they refried them ..wr extra burned and crunched I wasn't able to eat it. I called and the lady didn't want togive me her name just told me come back tomorrow the manager will be here. She insisted that they were fresh...
