Idk why I didn?t stop going here a long time ago. It?s just so convenient after I pick up my toddler. Their fries are always... hard as rocks and cold. But today was the last straw. They gave my daughter over a month old expired apples. Stupid me didn?tcheck when opening them for her but when I looked to see why she didn?t finish them a bunch of goo came out and they were brown!Date of exp said 9/5/22. I?m so upset. These go in happy meals. I tasted one since my daughter ate them and it was so sour andrubbery. Not only is it expired but employees could visually see they?re bad. They should not be serving these to kids,McDonald?s is supposed to be for kids. Shame on me but shame on them, too. Never going to this one again. Read more
The blonde girl ignored me when I kept telling her that my uber eats order was ready, she could've simply just handed it over... but instead she choice to continue taking orders. She also laughed when I told her that I was going to cancel the order becausemy customers are not happy with cold food. Very disrespectful mcdonalds worker smh Read more

Small locals place the staff is immediately attentive, and dishes are brought quickly when prepared. I wish more Italian themed... dishes were available but thethe Japanese influenced plates are still tasty! Do NOT order " large dishes" unless you ate sharingor really hungry! Read more

This was my experience that day. I love how fast they are and the food is always fresh! it's the only McDonald's in the area... and drive thru is super busy. And I guess my breakfast order was a big order that they had me pull into the number one slotwhich makes me feel they're going to forget me because they have to come from the middle of the drive-thru line, and also theyforgot one item and he had to go back and get it. I feel it needs to be reconfigured or something I don't know what thesolution is but people traveling southbound on Crenshaw want to make a right into that first driveway instead of entering fromthe 182nd drive-thru line.. to be disappointed and I seen angry because there's already a line forming for the drive-thru from182nd, and no one like cut ins...then some one is nice and let's them in and then holds up the line. Suggestion? maybe thedriveway by the drive-thru exit needs to have signs there? That it's only an exit? Also and when you're entering into the startof the drive-thru in the back of McDonald's from the 182nd side line formation , people, including me, tend to veer left andthey always hit the curb on the McDonald's side because the pole on the right side is deceiving and makes you swing wide sotherefore people are so tailgating that the car that hits the curb has to back up almost hitting the vehicle behind them ithappens every time I don't go there that often and I forget that I have more room on the right side than I do on the left ,because that pole makes it seem like you have to swing wide and then we're hitting the curb on the left hand side on theMcDonald's side. I'll definitely go again because it's fast and convenient on the way to work. Read more
