I got pomegranate froyo. My only complaint is the cheesecake bites and kiwi tasted a little less fresh. And the bathroom wasn?t... clean (it wasn?t busy so there was no reason for the bathroom to not be clean) Other than that, the service was good and thefroyo was good. Read more
Oh YUMM. Sweet and tangy, and not full of sugar. Best toppings anywhere. Only complaint is that ALL the tables both inside and... outside are ALWAYS FILTHY. We have never seen a clean table. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. If you haven't tried it,be careful, you'll be hooked! Read more
A cute store with good froyo! They have a number of flavors but the strawberry shortcake with yogurt chips was my favorite.
Ordered two smoothies off their menu. They came back after searching the back of the store and told us that they were out of... milk. The worker did offer to make the drink with water instead of milk, but she made no offer of discount for not having allthe ingredients in house. The manager of this location should review his or her job responsibilities in maintaining ingredientsin stock for menu items prominently displayed in the store. I come to the same store all the time, but I think recently theres a chang of management, it's just not the same, the amount of... toppings they gave was way last then what it used to be. The yogurt still tast great the only thing is that it melted soquickly by the time I drove home and I don't even live that far, even putting in freezer won't work. Read more
Excellent customer service at this location. All the staff was very nice and very helpful. The store is super clean. The yogurt... was amazing on this Saturday evening. I will be back soon again for sure. This goes to the owner of the Pinkberry, your staffis doing amazing job, greeting people and taking care of the customers. This makes us all feel good. Haven't been to Pinkberry in ages, and it was great to have it again! Didn't see my old fav green tea flavor, but I tried a... yummy pomegranate and chocolate hazelnut in a small cup. The pomegranate was tart and tangy with the right amount of sweetness,and the chocolate hazelnut was rich and creamy. Mochi topping was a little bit hard and not so fresh, but it was still okay. Blueberry and strawberry toppings were sweet and good. Small size hit the spot for me, but you can get medium or large if youwant more froyo and toppings. :) Read more
My stars aren't about the quality of Pinkberry's product but on their choice of employees.... the teenager working tonight needs... a customer service class asap she seemed so bothered to be at work tonight.
