I always stop in this Starbucks to get coffee before I enter Best Buy. Parking is a little bit hard because it has only one... entrance. It doesn't have a place to cross to Best Buy so you end up parking twice to get coffee because doesn't have adrive-thru and moving your car to go to Best Buy. Read more

Horrible customer service from Christian. I asked for a venti (with witnesses who heard my order) but Christian made a grande.... Then he threw away the grande, had me wait to make a new one (which is wasteful). The polite thing he could have done as anapology was give that one to me in addition to the correct size). But instead, he proceeded to tell me to go pay for thedifference in size based on a starbucks worker's error not mine. I've been coming to starbucks for over 20 years and I've neverbeen treated with such poor customer service. It was only a 30 cents difference and THEIR error, which usually is apologizedfor, and not needing compensation. Waiting for an overpriced coffee from a multibillion dollar company only to get treated likethis is absurd. And to be told to go back in line to pay the difference is even more unheard of. It's standard policy to begiven the correct drink when they make a mistake without charge yet they said they had to log the extra oat milk they used forthe venti. Read more
Honestly what is there to say. A perfect cup of black coffee or specialty drink of your choice. They do it all and do it with a... smile. Take a moment to stop, relax to a cup of your favorite beverage and enjoy the moment. Sometimes just smelling the coffeeis all we need to brighten our day. Read more

I am coming to this location for over than 5 years and never ever had any issue. Today I wasn't paying attention when I was... placing my order in app and ordered very far from here. Angel asked me what were my drinks and had them ready in literally 2minutes! Awesome customer service!
